Please review our comprehensive terms and conditions to understand the guidelines governing our hair salon services. These terms ensure clarity on appointments, cancellations, refunds, and service expectations. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to these policies, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at our salon.
Room of Blume requires a $50 nonrefundable deposit for all new appointments (excluding re-bookings). This deposit will be held as a credit towards your appointment and will also act as a cancellation fee in the event you cancel at short notice.
Please be mindful that as Room of Blume is a small boutique salon, cancellations greatly affect business. Please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a $50 fee, and if not already paid as a deposit, this $50 payment will be required ahead of your next appointment.
No showing to your appointment without any contact or courtesy notification will incur a $100 no-show fee, and a 20% deposit will then be payable in advance of your next appointment, before confirmation of your next appointment will be processed.
Three cancellations in a row will require 100% pre-payment for all future appointments.
Please note, these guidelines do not apply in the event of an emergency as we appreciate your support, and we are here to be as flexible as we can be in the event of an emergency.
