Room of Blume is located within the quirky Hendra Antiques Centre on the corner of Nudgee Road and Raceview Avenue. Just simply enter through the 'Brickhouse Cafe' on Raceview Ave, you won't miss our signs!

Where do I park?

We have ample street parking on both Raceview Avenue and Manson Road. And you don't have to pay for parking which is an added bonus!

What if I want to have a consultation before booking?

No problem! We provide free 15 min consultations any time before the appointment. At that time we can discuss options, products needed, future responsibilities towards the colour, costs and even take a test strand to ensure we can achieve your desired colour.

What if I get hungry in my appointment?

No worries! Either order delicious food from the Cafe outside or have food delivered right to our door, we understand that appointments can be long and sustenance is important!


What if I'm not 100% in-love with my hair after my appointment?

Completely no worries at all and we’re here to help! Our main goal is for you to walk out of the salon feeling 100%! You have a 2-week window where you can reach out with any concerns post your appointment, and we will invite you back in to make sure you absolutely love your hair.

Can I work from the salon?

Definitely! We have a table with power at the ready so you can easily plug-in and work from the salon for as long as you need.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

Absolutely! We have after-pay available in store, please just be mindful it has a $100 minimum spend.

What if I want a silent appointment?

No worries at all. Just let our staff know and we can cater to your needs.


Is my $50 deposit refundable?

No sorry it’s not, however we do keep the deposit on your account for future use if you need to reschedule your appointment and simply swing by and see us at a later date.


Are your salon products free from nasty's?

Definitely! We stock Eleven, and Evo in salon which are both vegan friendly. Our colour is free from all nasty's however as it is colour it is not free from some chemicals. In the event you’re wanting an option for a gentler colour, we do have that also! Just chat with our friendly staff about colour options and we’ll lock in what suits you best.


Is it safe to colour my hair when I'm pregnant?

Yes, however we do advise you to consult with your doctor/OB first.
